Title: Plz pray for my newborn...
Post by: jerreye on July 28, 2008, 03:32:57 PM
Hi group,

My wife just gave birth to a 3 month premature baby boy (Nicolas). It was quite a shock to say the least. Nicolas is stable in an incubator but obviously has a ways to go.

Could some of you please pray that he makes a full recovery and that he grows to be a healthy baby boy? My wife (Martina, who had a very good delivery, thank God) and I would appreciate your support greatly :)

God bless you all,

Your brother and sister,
Jeremy & Martina

Prayers for little Nicolas that he grows to be a healthy baby boy and matures to be a great man of God.

Might not be as you expected it, but it's wonderful news indeed.  God bless all of you.

Jeremy and Martina,

Congratulations:
Thanks for sharing your new blessing and your need for prayer.
This event brings back memories of our four children and the concerns that we had.
Is Nicholas your first son?

Please send photos when you have them.

Warm regards, Bob & Doris

Hi Jeremy,

Your son* and family are in my prayers.

10 years ago my sister gave birth to a girl 3 months premature who weighed in at just about 3 pounds, it was a touch and go situation for a few days and it was heart breaking seeing that tiny thing all wired up in an incubator, she made remarkable progress exceeding all expectations and has been a real joy for her parents and all of us, a sweet, unspoiled and adventurous child who gets along very well with other kids and adults alike. She is now one of the tallest girls heading into her 5th grade class and has made the honor roll every semester that she has attended school. Needless to say we are all very proud of her and thank God for the blessing she has been to us all.

Coincidently my niece, sister and brother in law just left Florida (Sunday) heading back to North Carolina after spending a couple weeks at a beachfront condo, Destiny is a fish in the water and we all had a great visit. That is one of the reasons I have not been around the Forum as much as usual.

Anyway, my prayers are with you,

Joe

* Yesterday I wrote "daughter" for some unexplainable reason, my apology.
