I came across this exercise suggested for seniors, to build muscle
strength in the arms and shoulders. It seems fairly easy, so I thought
I'd pass it on. The article suggests doing it three days a week.
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of
room at each side. With a 5-lb. potato sack in each hand, extend your
arms straight out from your sides, and hold them there as long as you
can.
Try to reach a full minute, and then relax. Each day, you'll find that
you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb. potato sacks.
Then 50-lb. potato sacks; then eventually try to get to where you can
lift a 100-lb. potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for
a full minute.
Once you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each sack

You are very welcome everyone, ever since I received an AARP membership invitation a couple years ago I have no problem laughing at or sharing "Senior Humor."
Of course I declined the membership offer, I mean 50 is the new 40 isn't it?
Just in case it isn't here are a couple more;
SENIORS ARE A TREASURE
Remember, old folks are worth a fortune,
With silver in their hair, gold in their teeth,
Stones in their kidneys, lead in their feet,
And gas in their stomachs.

SENIOR LIFE ON THE HIGHWAY
As a senior citizen was driving down the freeway, his
car phone rang. Answering, he heard his wife's voice
urgently warning him, "Herman, I just heard on the news
that there's a car going the wrong way on 280. Please be
careful."
"Hell," said Herman, "It's not just one car. It's
hundreds of them!"

Thanks Iris!
I have a few friends who send me all kinds of funny, weird stuff and there are some at work who love to circulate these things too.
That is a tree frog, they make some weird noises at dusk, they almost sound like a duck with laryngitis.

Joe,
Whoops, here I thought that was an alligator or something and not just a wee ittle froggie.
