Good to see the C of E taking a firm hand with this kind of behaviour. And to think only a few hundred years ago they were quite happy to be burning people alive.  ;)

Its come to light since that the blue rinse brigade C of E traditionalists in his congregation did not approve of some of the more modern evangelist style service and worship he was introducing, and its been suggested they cooked up the allegations to get rid of him. Knowing what a gossipy vindictive bunch some of them can be, I wouldn't be surprised.
