You do know that one of the foundations of Universal Reconciliation is that Bible translations that contain the concept of neverending punishment, as in Rev. 14:11, are inaccurate, right?

This is how the verses are translated in the Concordant Literal Version:

he, also, is drinking of the wine of the fury of God, blended undiluted in the cup of His indignation, and he shall be tormented in fire and sulphur in the sight of the holy messengers and in the sight of the Lambkin." And the fumes of their torment are ascending for the eons of the eons. And they are having no rest day and night, those worshiping the wild beast and its image, and if anyone is getting the emblem of its name."

I guess I should have been more specific, sorry.  Who is the "he" "those" and "they" in this verse?

The he in verse 10 is the same as the they in verse 11. It's talking about anyone who worships the beast and receives his mark.

[10] he, also, is drinking of the wine of the fury of God

and he shall be tormented in fire and sulphur

[11] And the fumes of their torment are ascending for the eons of the eons.

In verse 10, an angel's speaking. He's declaring what will happen to anyone who worships the beast. He's using he to refer to each person who worships the beast.

Verse 11 is John, the writer of Revelation, speaking. He's describing his actual vision of what the angel declared occuring.

Lemme give you a little simplified version:

Angel: If anyone worships the beast, he will be thrown into the Lake of Fire.
John: And I saw those who received the mark of the beast being tormented in the Lake of Fire.
