Dear Ray,
Glad to hear your Surgery went well, defying the prediction of the experts. Hopefully, with better ambulation through this Hip replacement it will aid you in dealing with the other health issues. The prayers of My Wife and I go out in your behalf.
Kind Regards, Samson.
-
I'm sure that I can't compare myself with Ray, but I understand a little from my own knee replacement. My prayers are with Ray and his wife for the blessing of healing to restore them both.

We are just so thankful for the quick and wonderful report on Ray. Our hearts are filled with gratitude that God intervened on his behalf to bring him through all that he has and then gave him strength to go through this surgery... and to think they will have him up and about already by tomorrow. (It's amazing). We also wanted to say.... we were both moved to tears in reading all the lovely things Ray had to share with us concerning his wife. God knew what he was doing when he orchestrated their union... and God knew there would be a strength in their relationship that would allow him to do the work that He had for Ray to do!! That's AWESOME...!!! So we have all kinds of thanks to the Father.... and trust that it's His will to see Ray lifted up to health and strength to go on with the wonderful work. We just feel such a NEED to have him to be an active part of our lives.
We feel blessed to be a part of being able to hold Ray, his lovely wife, and all of BT's team of workers. God bless you ALL!!!

Hi Jacquie:
Gina asked if I would ask you to pray for her friend Ray. He is in advanced stages of cancer and needs surgery on his hip tomorrow but it is not without huge risks because of his condition. She asked if we would pray for him and his wife and the doctors.
Thank you Jacquie.
Hugs, Judy

Hi Jacquie:
Gina just called me to let me know that her friend Ray came through his operation without difficulty and asked me to tell you thank you so much for praying for him and sending it out to the prayer warriors. She said that the biggest concern of his doctors was him not making it due to the anesthesia but he did!
Now we are praying for his full recovery without infection or complications.
Thank you Jacquie!
I love you, Judy

You're welcome
So, this goodhearted woman, Jacquie Carter, is Judy's workmate at the Marriott Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. She prays for me and Judy all the time. All I have to do is tell Judy I need prayer and request she have Jacquie pray for me, and she does, every time, and the results are astounding. We love Miss Jacquie.
James 5:16 The fervent, effectual prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
God bless the doctors and nurses and Dennis for giving us the awesome news!!

He's on schedule and should be home Saturday AM.
-
Dennis--thank you for the quick response! We ALL have been praying diligently--
Please tell Ray that Duane said "HIP! HIP! Hurrrrrayyyy!" :-) Being able to walk with much less pain will make him much "hippier"! (I just couldn't help myself---happy, happy!)
-
Home by this Saturday? I don't believe it. ;-)
Well, folks--that's a bulldog for ya!
-
What splendid news Dennis. Thank you! :)
We thank God Almighty for His Mercies and Lovingkindness.
We trust that Ray will have a speedy recovery and be in less pain.
-
WOW! What an example Ray is to all of us who may be facing terrible trials by fire at one time or another. Last night as I was praying for Ray and others who are suffering so much right now, my thought was that I MUST remember whenever I'm tempted to complain with my arthritis and other pains of this old body, I will hush to just thank God for being blessed! May God bless Ray that he may continue improvement and my prayers are with he and his wife and family!
-
Thank you Father!
-
Thank God and the mercy....He has more missions to do.
-
So good to hear, Thank you Lord!
-
I just got off the phone with Ray. He is having a harder day than yesterday he said the pain is much worse. My experience with surgery of family and friends is the second and third days are the hardest.
His spirits are well though and he told me to tell the forum that he wanted to "thank you for your prayers, he knows he would not be with us today if it wasn't for all of you praying earnestly for his health and wellbeing"
He hopes to write a note to everyone in a few days, I hope he doesn't push it as getting better is more important.

GOD YOU REIGN!
Much love to you ray, big brother :)
Edit: Still praying for you ray, so that your pain subsides and you recover even more! God is indeed with us, there is no doubt about this. What a merciful, loving and amazing God we have.
-
Thank God , love you Ray (:
-
Thanks Craig;
Many of us have been through major surgery before but of course we haven't been diagnosed with terminal cancer for going on three years now either. God himself is sustaining Ray at this point and the fact that he is still with us is testament to the fact that He is Lord!! God's will be done. We pray according to what must be. God isn't done with Ray quite yet and I'm standing with him looking forward to the future. All glory to the Father!!
-
Thank God for answered prayers
-
This only tells me that there IS a reason for the successful surgery! I pray for comfort and good health as he recovers!
-
Thank you Father for giving us Ray in our time.
-
Ray is not going home today. He has a fever and is still in a lot of pain. They do not know when they will release him.
-
I woke up last night about 4 in the morning California time with horrible stomach pains. My first thought was of Ray and how much pain he might be in. I knew that the pain I was experiencing wasn't even a 5th of what he is most likely experiencing and I almost fainted just from the thought of what he must be feeling. My heart goes out to him. He's dealing with that surgery and the pain of his cancer. The thought of having to deal with something like makes my brain shut off. I pray he starts healing well and very soon.
-
Would be glad to take some of that pain from him, if it were possible. Praying thay the fever goes down and that he heals quickly.
-
It could be a few more days until Ray gets to go home.
His blood is too thin and his white blood count is too low.
-
What would we do without the strength that God gives for these kinds of things. Our prayers a certainly going up... and will continue to do so.

I pray that God will allow Ray to be with us--- eonian!
-
I hope he'll get to go home soon. I bet he's itching to be back in his old bed. :) I would be too after a few days away from home. Tell him to hang in there and take it easy.
Hugs,
Denise

Any updates on Ray's condition?
-
Ray made it home today around noon.
-
Am so relieved...Our father has been overwhelmingly Gracious to us at BT...that we might have more fellowship together with one another through his(Rays') exposition into the scriptures as taught by the Spirit. TO GOD BE THE GLORY....CHEERS EVERYONE
-
Whew...thanks for the info Dennis. No matter how he might be feeling it's always better to be home in your own house than to be stuck in the hospital. Godspeed Ray...onward and upward.
-
I pray that Ray will be both comfortable and comforted. I know we will continue to pray for him and his entire family. Give thanks to God.
-
Welcome home, Ray.
(Yes, thank God, OneLoveDread.)
-
I am glad Ray is home and healing--may we have him eonian!!
-
We welcome the good news Dennis. Thanks very much.
Keep you head hi Ray .... Oh, that all the LORD’s people were prophets and that the LORD would put His Spirit upon them!”
