Hey all,
I'm just wondering why no one else has a picture of themselves on here? It would be nice to be able to put a face to all the names. It would make it a little more personal anyways. Or are we supposed to remain annonymous? In most cases, even our forum names aren't real. When you get a new outfit, do you only wear it in private, at home, or do you put it on and wear it out in public, for all to see?? Maybe some just don't have a digital picture of themselves, I don't know. I just feel really silly and impersonal only talking to cats, and trees and mountains, and bibles and other sorts of pictures. Any thoughts?? :-\

HI Gregor - There are a couple you use actual personal pictures as their default pic (I love yours with your baby!).
I know there is a special place also where you can post pictures, but I'm not sure why most people don't use their own picture for their default. Maybe your post will cause a revolution and we'll all start doing that! LOL ;D ;D ;D

People have had their pics up on their avatar at different times. But I for one got tried of seeing myself plastered all over the forum :D
That is one reason we started up the 'Who Am I' board

I tried to post a photo but it was too large to transmit to the forum site.
I will have to get to work to reduce the size and still get all of my head in. :o)
I don't have a photo program on my computer so does anyone have a suggestion.

I recommend GIMP. It's free and compares to Adobe Photoshop when it comes to features!

Thanks to all for the replies, especially thanks to Kat for the link. It was a real challenge for me to get my picture on my profile too. I saw some of the family pics and it's great to put the "personal" factor back into this computer. Modern technology, a love-hate relationship for me :P I'll try to get some pics posted soon. Seriously, I just haven't been comfortable with that yet, especially since I'm still in "Babylon", using the forum jargon. I'm seriously thinking about leaving Babylon, especially after last Sunday's sermon - seems Babylon is all about the money, building Kingdom's on earth - but that's another post.

We went thru a spell where a whole bunch of us put up our own pictures, but as Kat says, after a while...so I really like the new Who am I link.
These are my 2 grandboys. I am changin them again pretty soon.
I agree w/ you I love having the personal touch here, and seeing who I am "talking" too. We need more to put pics on the who am I board.
