Enoch didn't die, and niether did Elijah. Read 1 Corinthians 15:51-58. Not all sleep. Revelation talks about two witnesses. Perhaps these two are Elijah and Enoch. They will die whoever they are.

Yes, Enoch did die. He did not die at the time that God "took him," but later, just like Elijah and all the rest of the Patriarchs, these ALL DIE: "These ALL DIED [including Enoch 11:5] IN FAITH, NOT having received the promises...And THESE ALL, having obtained a good report throught faith, received NOT THE PROMISE: God having provided some better thing for US, that THEY without US should NOT be made perfect" (Heb. 11:13 & 39-40).
No, they assuredly are NOT the two witnesses of Rev. 11.
