If people say may God's will be done when they pray, what is the purpose of praying, God's will is what will be done no matter what we ask of him.

Oh really? Too bad no one ever told Jesus that when He was praying in the Garden.

PS You will never have a prayer answered that wasn't first "prayed." And you will never
have a prayer answered that is not according to God's will.
