Title: The Hazelnut Daiquiri Dilemma

A doctor goes into a bar after work and orders a Hazelnut Daiquiri.  Each day at 5 pm. he shows up for one.  The bartender gets smart and prepares it ahead of time just before the doctor walks in.  One day he goes to make it and realizes that he is out of hazelnuts.  Thinking fast he grabs a few hickory nuts and hopes the doctor won't notice.  The doctor comes in and has a sip and says, "This is not a Hazelnut Daiquiri."  The bartender smiles and replies, "It's a Hickory Daiquiri Doc."

And then the doctor says " you still have that big fat pimple? " :D :D :D
I haven't gotten over that one yet.
