The poor kitty is going to be so confused now...he now needs to form strong bonds with other lions...

I watched a special that says that many lions are in trouble because of living in close proximity of man and the numbers are dwindling.  This kitty may now try get too close to other men and get shot.

what IS it about these sweet creatures....when they stop being "beasts" for just a little while and seem to be something far more than just dumb animals?
"Born Free" was one of my fav movies growing up, and Joy one of my favorite people.

btw, Joe....I thought a little more about this last night and you know, the reason that this affected me so much, I think, was because it is a little snap shot of the "transformation" that is permanently affixed to us as we come into the marvelous light of Christ, leaving the "beast within" behind!

ROFL and here I felt silly for crying, like it was just my hormones getting to me. I cried both times I watched it :D.
