There is a lot I don't know about the bible but from what I understand in all of Jesus' parables he never used names except for the rich man and Lazrus so I do not believe it is a parable. Also Jesus said he uses parables so the people will not understand. It is my belief he does this as a form of mercy to the non believers to lessen their punishment. What do you think?
