Title: Swimming Pond
Post by: hillsbororiver on March 11, 2007, 02:16:59 PM
Swimming  Pond

An elderly man in South Carolina had owned a large farm for several years.
He had a large pond in the back, fixed up nice; picnic tables,
horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees.
The pond was properly shaped and fixed up for swimming when it was built.

One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the pond,
as he hadn't  been there for a while, and looks it over.
He grabbed a five gallon bucket to bring back some fruit.
As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee.
As he came closer, he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond.
He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end.

One of the women shouted to him,
"We're not coming out until you leave!"
The old man frowned and replied,
"I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked
or make you get out of the pond naked."
Holding the bucket up he said,
"I'm here to feed the alligator."

Hi Kat,

The clock pic is Russian, it is called the crazy clock, if you look closely (I know it is a small image) you will see the numbers are, shall we say, "fouled up."

The guy next to the clock is Lenin, actually a statue of Lenin.

I put the clock up as a reminder to pay attention to our clocks today, did everyone move them forward? I wanted the picture of the crazy clock as that is my own humble opinion of Daylight Savings Time.

Iris,

I am interesting where did you get those (with big smiley face and clapping)? I am looking for some more of expressions and characters smiley. I did get some but I didn't like it because won't let me using in forum, my own IP e-mail, etc. but only in Microsoft or something.

Thanks,

Brett

I got those smileys from www.bestsmileys.com.
You can pick out which ever smiley you want to
use and then copy and paste it in your post.
