I sometimes....well, most of the time limit myself with negative words and thoughts....what is so amazing about this is that through God ALL things are possible, we limit ourselves.  Good stuff Gena, thanks

Our dear sister Gina ~

That is a wonderful message of the Voice of Father loving His Son, in us...assuring us that we are loved by our Creator who sees ONLY perfection in His creation.

thanks all!! :D  Now to memorize!!

Drew, close to but not 100%....thanks for asking (and for your wife also).  I started yoga (1 class a week) and a exercise-in-the-water class.  I am hoping long term it will help.

As the word says....I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me!

John.  haha!!

Everyone...It was a cute little chart in color, very handy, but somehow when I copied it to here it came out long and didn't look at all what I had. 

Anyone know if I couldve done something different to get it to look like the original???

Its still good tho!!

I know.  They are so positive and life affirming.  Now to try and live by them.
