hi nelson,
i hope your birthday was enjoyable and a blessing to you. i see that you are now at the end of your 4th decade of years. but hold on tight, the 50's are approaching and they are oh so...eye opening for sure, and as samson says, the age of worn joints. but it is all good as it is all God.
