It's incredible but it's too much and too fast.  The damage he might be doing to his growth plates and the rest of his system might not be seen for awhile but a little boy isn't supposed to be doing that.  And that father should have his head examined.  ymmv

I agree with Arion.  But he is a prodigy in my oppinion and obviously showed signs before any training started.  But if turns out to be 4 ft 8 as an adult, we will Know for sure.
