Hello everyone,

My name is Patrick. I am 18 years old and was brought up a Roman Catholic most of my life (wasn't much help in bringing me closer to Christ). I have been reading Ray's material for about a year and I found it to be very insightful in teaching me things that about 95% of the religious teachers would not teach. I'll reveal more in due time, but I just want to briefly introduce myself.

I hope to get to know everyone better soon.

I'm glad you have joined us  :)
The truths that we learn at Bible Truths certainly is not what you will hear taught in church.  The church does not have eyes to hear and it is a great blessing to have your eyes opened.  I hope you will find this a place you can turn to for fellowship and to discuss this truth we are all learning.  Here are some links to things we have available here.

Hi Patrick! I am so thrilled to see another young person coming here to BT. (Man, that sounded like a really old geezer  :-[)

Good Morning Patrick,

Greetings from another old geezer with a youthful mind.
So far I am able to retain much of what concerned me while growing up.
At about your age I was drafted into the Army and that begins a story in itself.
I would love the hear your thoughts on how each new generation deals with the challenges that they face.

I love to visit your state and spent a week in Rockport this pas summer. Welcome, and I can assure you that all the time you can spend in this forum and the teachings of Ray Smith will open the real truths of out LORD to your mind.

I'm a little older than you. Bible Truths was just a twinkle in God's eye when I was eighteen, but I'm so pleased He dragged us both here.

I too was battered, bruised and smothered in the pagan Catholic tranditions of man. I am much older than you and have deep scars from the encounter :)
