I read somewhere a long time ago that one of the reasons a particular researcher theorized the rise in cancer was because of antibiotics.
We cure and treat some diseases only to enable others.
God ordained humans to die and doggonit we are not going to disappoint.

What if we simply did not have the technological means to diagnose cancer in the days before antibiotics? What if it was there, we just didn't know about it?

Yep. And a double benefit to eating garlic is it's apparently good for your complexion--found that out when I started a supplement last week. 8)

My favorite use. I hear garlic breath works wonders on the vampires and I hear it's a REAL lady charmer. I do it ALL the time!
