What is this? BUMP. I have seen it in many posts but what exactly is it? What does this mean? I have an idea,  but instead of "bumping" where I don't belong I figure I should at least have some info.  Please help

It's just a post intended to "bump" the topic to the top of the page to bring it to the attention of everybody and get more views and posts.
