Okey...I have looked for a clue on the red mark ,,,,what does it mean?????

The one on the post of National ID...on the left hand side there is a red mark that I have not seen before on this forum.
Please don't tell me I am seeing things now.....

It is just the message icon setting that you can select when posting.
