Antibiotics or Vitamin C?

The best advice I ever got from a doctor, was in an elevator at the hospital where I worked.
The advice, take vitamin C and you'll never catch colds, flu, or need antibiotics.

The proof is in the pudding☺

The year was 1988 and I haven't taken  an antibiotic since.

I  was sick for less than 24 hours,  back in 2009 or 2010, with the start of a nasty flu bug going around at the time.

II was working and didn't have vitamin C with me when the symptoms started, and it was about 3 or 4 hrs before I got home.  I thought I was to late to stop the progression, but none the less, I started  dosing,  with 5,000 gm's every hour for the next 5 hours. In about 4 1/2 hrs my symptoms were almost gone. I continued to take 50,000 gm's,  spread throughout the day,  for 3 or 4 days to be on the safe side. It was the last time I was sick.

Not many knew this before the internet, now you can find tons of research and others accounts of their experiences of good health, with taking this power house vitamin.

🤣 Yes, in very small amounts, so make sure you get lots and lots everyday.
