Hello Marlane

I have been here for a while now and am still learning not only Spiritually but just tonight Kat posted a link on how to copy etc and I learnt something quite valuable. Often I have accidentally deleted a post and now I know how to retrieve by pressing Ctrl and Z!

I live in the southeast, on the Gulf Coast. 
I think the best way to get use to posting is to just do it  ;)
