Yeah Joe,

That's my old house.

Just so you'll know the plumbing is troublesome and you should spray for termites :D

Also, sometimes it is a little drafty, but the roof is good.

Those are some interesting choses. 
But I'm taking this global warming seriously and looking at this house. 
We should stay cool here  ;D

Global WARMING & and an ice berg house does not sound like a good idea!  ;D

I'm waiting on that ocean front property in AZ.
