Title: 144,000
Post by: Kirk Bresee on November 12, 2008, 12:41:31 AM
Why don't the 12 groups compromising the 144,00 in Revelation
match up with the 12 tribes of Israel?

So cryptic....c'mon dude, just say what you mean.  We can't read minds, and I for one am not smart enough to know what you're talking about.  Please elaborate if you are inviting discussion.

Thanks,
Vangie

Hello, Kirk

I know what you are talking about.
From the original 12 tribes, only ten made it.
The tribe of Ephraim and Dan are missing.
I only know about the tribe of Ephraim. Ephraim means double fruit in heb.
Fruit in the flesh (world) and fruit in the spirit.
The double minded. The ones who try to take the kingdom by force. (Read Judges 11 and 12.)
But I did not know about the tribe of Dan until recently.
I am still looking into that, so I cannot give you an answer.
Also notice that the ten tribes that made it, their names have been changed.
There are not the same as in the original arrangement.
Also, did you know that if you make a diagram of how God directed Moses to
arrange the tribes around the tabernacle in the wilderness, is in the shape of the cross?
That's what I am studying now! I am so exited about the amount of revelation from the Tabernacle and the tribes.
If you find out anything about the tribe of Dan, let me know!!! ;D ;D

God's speed!!! :-*
