Title: Employment

I apologize for the very personal nature of this post, but perhaps it will do some good.

I am looking for a job, and am wondering if any of the B-T family/forum are in hiring positions.

My main background has been in service and Retail work where I have worked independantly and/or in management positions.  I have always been a very loyal employee and most of my periods of employment have been at least 5 years with any given company.

My last major employment was as a "Store Opener/Merchandiser" with one of the nation's largest (and fastest growing) discount retailers.  This was what might be termed a 'project management' position in that I was charged with overseeing the fixturing and stocking of new Store Locations, taking them from empty buildings to fully operating stores.  I did this for 13 years.  Besides the company-specific skills I learned and developed, I also proved and developed myself as a problem-solver and a 'get-it-done' kinda guy.

I have not held a 'regular' job for a while, but have done a number of things to produce income.

I live in West Tennessee, but am open to relocation.

Brother Dave,

  I wish that there was something that I could do for you concerning your job plight.I to have been without employment in the past and it is not a situation that anyone cares to be involved in. I have said some prayers for you bro,and I hope things turn around quickly for you .

I see no need to apologise, Dave.
Many, me included, are having difficulties in regards to employment.

Dave, I will keep you in my prayers. I feel really bad for you. Can't help you out with finding a job. Wish I could help you out that way.

Dave, I will be praying for you as well. My son in Indiana has been out of work since the week before Christmas. I pray that you will find a good job very soon!

Dave, I also will pray the Lord sends you a good job but you will have to wait for his timing which for me a few times was right down to the wire but I can't say late. I believe if you PRACTICE the trusting part of your relationship with God this will be good time spent. He knows our needs and He knows His sheep. judy
