Ray put out a challenge and said that he'd give anyone a $100 if that person found "the antichrist " in the Bible
Don't mean to sound arrogant but I did find that in the Bible. The Concordant Literal Translation of the New Testament has it like that "the antichrist."
Weymouth has it like that as well.
With all due respect sir, it does not say "the antichrist spirit " but just "the antichrist. "

Hello Ken,
The scripture says “ AS YE HAVE HEARD” not yelling, just caps for emphasis 😁

Well , when, where and how have ye heard that the antichrist ( single) is coming ?

In the convoluted teachings of Christendom, that’s where. This literal made up story
of one big bad boogie man coming to proclaim that he is the Almighty God of the
universe. It’s childish nonsense and it’s blasphemous.

In the Sermon on the Mount you will see this phrase” ye have heard it said of old time” that old time is the Old Testament and then Christ goes on to say” but I say unto you” , that’s the New Testament.

Dennis gave you the scripture, many antichrists. There is a Short on BT website
that explains that this one antichrist theology is unscriptural.

1John 4:1-3… Beloved , do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether
they are from God , for many false prophets have gone out into the world.
By this you know the spirit of God : every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ
has come in the flesh from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and NOW
is in the world already.

Read 2 Thes. 2:3-7 and Jude

And, as Ray has drilled into us…” pay attention to all the words”

Hope this helps
May God Bless You

In Christ, Pamela

This proves there is no such thing as "the" (singular, just one) antichrist.

1Jn 2:18  Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Just add the word 'spirit' when you see the word 'antichrist' if it helps you to understand, e.g., "the antichrist spirit."

Ray has taught me a lot and I love the way that he teaches. However,  I have a question. Ray states that you will not find the phrase "the antichrist."
1 John 2:18 says,"Little children, it is the last hour, and, according as you hear that the antichrist is coming~" (CLNT)
What say ye?

Well said Porter..

I have prayed for you Wendy. I had to go to the ER once because of a panic attack.
It was pretty bad , but God saw me through and He will see us all through this
testing / much tribulation that we must endure to enter the Kingdom of God.

It’s all of God. (2 Cor. 5:18)

From the Rapture paper.
and when did Peter teach that we would receive rest and glory for enduring
our testing?

that the testing of you faith, much more precious than gold which is perishing,
yet being tested by fire, may be found for applause and glory and honor at
the unveiling of Jesus Christ. (1Peter 1:7)

Hold on Wendy, these trials are necessary.

James 1:3…. for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.

It’s very difficult this testing, and to parrot Ray “( it’s no fun, but boy when you know
what it’s doing”)

Romans 8:31….If God be for us( and He is) who can be against us?

Keep the unity of the Spirit.

Quote from Ray” there are many scriptures of comfort and assurance that God is able and willing to see us succeed once He has begun a work in you/ us”.

Eph.2:8-9, Rom.8:38 and many many more . Hold on Wendy,we love you.

Our  Lord is awesome , praise His holy name,  Come Lord Jesus.💕

Wendy, I'm no stranger to severe anxiety also. Just last night while in bed trying to go to sleep I was feeling it. I was feeling spiritually weak prior to this, as my thoughts tend to wander all over the place when I'm tired. So I begged God to have mercy, and that is when the anxiety hit me like a truck. I told God I was scared, then realized how tense my body was. So I tried to breathe and relax my body. I must have quickly fallen asleep after that because I don't remember anything else.

As weird as it sounds, I now wonder if this is how God had mercy on me. God could have simply let me fall asleep without causing me to have anxiety and that would have been even more merciful, right? Like, why can't I have my cake and eat it too? But this is not why we were called.

We know God is working all for good, and we were called to endure His work with all faith and endurance. Thank God He has brought us together to comfort one another with His Word, just as we have all these years.

I wasn't sure if I should write as I did, so I hope I wasn't being presumptuous, Wendy. If you think you need medical attention, don't be afraid or ashamed to get it.

1Th 3:12  And may the Lord cause you to increase and overflow with love for one another and for everyone, just as we also do for you.
1Th 3:13  May He make your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints. Amen.

Always praying for you and everyone.

Hi Wendy.

I empathize and sympathize with you.  I know it is easier said than done but just take it one day at a time and don't stop breathing.

Keeping you in prayer.

Hugs,

René

Hi everyone

I pray you are all well. Please say a prayer for me. I haven’t been feeling very well lately. I feel so overwhelmed. It just seems like I don’t know which way to turn. I feel like I’m back in the corner. My anxiety levels have been so bad. I almost went to the ER today.

Thanks, everyone God bless
Wendy
