that is just about the cutest dog i have ever seen.............will our pets whom have passed be ressurected so we may have them again? i have always wondered about that, even though it sounds so trivial............rick

I have wondered about that too.  Ecc. says we are like beasts, and they die like we do.  My brain aches when I try to think about what "heaven" will be like.

i like the part that says God will wipe away all tears..........I hope that means we will see all those we are missing including our pets. , I know those are probably tears of wasted lives......just wishful thinking, i suppose...............Rick

I found these scriptures in Isaiah, don't know if it goes along with what your saying or not.

Isaiah chapter 11:6-9
v 6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them.
v 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
v 8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice den.
v 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

I too have a (9 yo) bassett hound (Sadie Lou) she is so calm and sweet.  They are too cute when puppies!

Hey Guys,

I wanted to try this picture thing too....hope this works!  Since we're sharing pics of pets, here's my two mixed breed dogs:

the black and white one is a huskey/lab mix and the brown one is a shepard/collie mix (i think)..they were both rescued...we got them before we had kids so I consider them my first kids!
