Caffeine content...

[Extol]

I also stopped drinking the poison, about eight years ago. Before that, I drank it every day. It was surprisingly easy, and I don't remember ever having a craving for it since I stopped. I don't drink or eat any other caffeine. Don't need it! Fresh fruit and my zest for life give me all the energy I need.

I normally only drink water, milk, and tea, but when I can afford it, BAWLS is great.

I use honey in my coffee. Once you get used to it you'll never go back to sugar.
Here is some info that might blow you away. Coffee is loaded with antioxidants. Check this out.

Nice find George, good news for coffee lovers like me. My problem is I drink way too much of it, and even that article you linked to emphasizes moderation. I really need to cut down, 2 pots a day might be a little too much.

I personally believe anything is ok to eat, and drink, as long it is done in moderation.

Peace, G.Driggs

Lupac,

My young Brother, you don't need BAWLS, I asked my wife what BAWLS was and she stated that it's some sort of energy drink loaded with Caffeine. Dude, you got plenty of energy, you don't need any extra;  ; just messing with you Brother,  .

                        Kind Regards, Samson.
