I also stopped drinking the poison, about eight years ago. Before that, I drank it every day. It was surprisingly easy, and I don't remember ever having a craving for it since I stopped. I don't drink or eat any other caffeine. Don't need it! Fresh fruit and my zest for life give me all the energy I need.

Nice find George, good news for coffee lovers like me. My problem is I drink way too much of it, and even that article you linked to emphasizes moderation. I really need to cut down, 2 pots a day might be a little too much.

I personally believe anything is ok to eat, and drink, as long it is done in moderation.

          My young Brother, you don't need BAWLS, I asked my wife what BAWLS was and she stated that it's some sort of energy drink loaded with Caffeine. Dude, you got plenty of energy, you don't need any extra;  ; just messing with you Brother,  .
