Cessationism vs. Continuationism?

Forgive me, but yes, it's an ISM alert!    ...Are there any emails, or studies by Ray that tackle the issue of Cessationism vs. Continuationism?

I never read where Ray used those exact words, which are not in the scriptures.

I knew he wouldn't use those words.   I admit that I used them out of pure laziness, in a CliffsNote fashion.
