Just in case your daughter's milk content is restricted due to her illness it may be helpful to start the baby on sterile water or sugar water with doctors advice to get the baby accustomed to the nipple and to being without the warmth of mother's breast. It is always helpful to consider alternatives. We had four children and each was different in their needs and we need to be flexible and seeking additional ways to deal with situations.

Wendy my prayers for you all. Nothing is more troubling than when one of our children is suffering. Sometimes I think of how God must feel with all the suffering of his creation.
