My God- Poem
« on: April 24, 2022, 01:21:04 PM »

1. I have sinned in your sight
2. You uphold me in Your Might
3. You’re my Light who protects me from the wicked’s blight.
4. My soul in You delights. The King has anointed me as a royal knight.
5. For You have said “I Love you” in Malachi.
6. When the night is close, The Morningstar is not far.
7. With You who can be on par?
8. You have healed my wounds. In Your Presence I swoon.
9. You’re more dazzling than the moon, brighter than the sun.
10. You’re my joy and fun. This one you have called Your son.
11. You conceived me as a Father and beget me as a Mother.
12. My iniquity is ever with me.
13. With a flood of Your blood, You cleanse me.
14. My sin, leprosy upon my skin.
15. Covered with sores, everyday there’s more.
16. What do I offend for? Cause there’s a beast in my core.
17. You have shown me before. What’s for me in store.
18. I’m poor yet You enrich me.
19. I was born in dishonor yet die to be reborn in glory.
20. From the foundation in The Book, You finished my story.
21. Oh my God, my God, Lord Almighty God.
22. You have shown me is not for naught.
23. You have taken and abundantly given.
24. My heart you have smitten.
25. I will praise You forever, My Savior, My Love and My God.
