What does jeremiah ch.2 verse 13 mean?
Dear Johnnie:
This is figurative language--an allegory. God represents His way of
godly living to "a Fountain of LIfe," and represents to who do not follow
His ways, as those who reject God's "Fountain of Life" for ungodly
practices that would be like "broken cisterns" which can hold no water
at all.
