Ray,
Thank you for a wonderful website. After I left the catholic church and
started going to non-denominational churches, it was like I could finally
breath. I rejoiced in the fact that I finally had a personal relationship
with Jesus. That was back in 1985. I have moved many times since then and
been involved with many churches. But none like the first. As of late I hve
gotten bogged down. Didn't know whether you could be of assistance or not...
After leaving the catholic church I couldn't help but wonder why any one
continues to stay in that church. I have since learned more about the
catholic church than anyone should know. The curiosity has turned to anger.
I see protestant churches, that just 400 years ago gave up millions of
lives to separate themselves, bowing down to the pope. This to me is
maddening. Then when I take a close look at some of the protestant
churches, well, I just want to scream. If the do g and pony show protestant
churches are what christianity has evolved to, well what are they crying
for revival for? They should be crying for Reformation.
Your site has helped clear away alot of the cobwebs for me. Thanks for
letting me vent.
Regards
Steven
