I have an 18 year old daughter who, not too long ago, would write and sing beautiful songs on the piano to the Lord.  Now she has this fascination with trying to experience every bad thing in life.  I know she despises the things she does and desperately wants to stop.  It is like living with Jekyll and Hyde.  The great thing though is, now I can see all the great things God is doing to her during these trials, a wonderful refining is taking place!  I just pray that I have continued patience to help her through this and not add to the turmoil.

It was my pleasure to be able to share this with you all. Matt i pray the Lord is moving in your daughter, if shes anything like me, then i know exactly what shes going through. The beast within is everywhere, and he is relentless in dragin me everyplace i DONT want to go, and yet i find myself going there with him for some reason. All we can do is have patience and faith in the Lord, that He who has begun the good works in us WILL FINISH them! Thats a promise, and i know He is not slack!
