Dear Claudia: I have 402 unanswered emails ahead of yours, but as I read my emails daily even though I don't answer them all daily (not possible), I thought I would answer yours, as it is a quick answer:
A "city" in this case is used of a "religion." See Gal. 4:25-31--Jerusalem in Israel and Jerusalem ABOVE are two women--two RELIGIONS; two CHURCHES.
Second question: What "THE antichrist?" Where do you read of "THE" antichrist? Not in the Scriptures.
