Well i can relate to paul as any human sinner could, but im only 17 and not old in Age so i can't relate to knowing Christ at an old age, but i hope im destined for great things just like everyone else, God willing i take heed lest i fall ;)

Anyway i think its definatly a struggle knowing what you have been given, and the high standard that is set before you - and trying to attain that high standard. There so many things my friends do, and that i am always surrounded by that is in no way something an elect or a chosen should be doing or even a called, and yet i struggle to remain seperate in such situations, but i am faithful and believe that Whatever the Lord has willed with me He will accomplish, i just pray that this unparralleled wisdom God has shown me through all of you from the least to greatest does not go to waste and that i can reach the high mark.

I see however what you are saying that we who were nto with Jesus during His ministry could be very much like paul in that sence.

I love Paul so much. You know Pauls conversion today would be comparable to Osama Bin Laden. Would the 'christians' of today forgive Osama? You know the answer to that.

I know my heart has been changed because i used to think in my mind of the ways i'd like to kill Bin Laden. Wicked thoughts of everykind against him. But now i love him:) IF you didnt know me before, this could ONLY HAVE BEEN JESUS CHRIST IN ME. It wasnt possible for me to do that.

And just like my wickedness and Pauls God turns it to good. The evil 'mystery' used to perplex me so bad. Now its clear as crystal.

This verse says it all for me.
