OBrenda's knee surgery

Hi all,
Just wanted to pass on that I heard from Brenda's daughter and she came through the knee surgery just fine.
Her only complaint last night was a headache but I know those meds will be wearing off today so I'll be praying for
her comfort!
I'll let you know as I hear news.

I forgot that her surgery was this week, glad everything turned out okay,  :)
This entire "game of Life" seems to be one continious surgery, ;), ;D, someday it will end.

Thank you so much, Lin! I have been so wrapped up in my concern for Grayson I forgot as well that her surgery was this week! I feel so bad about that! Please pass the message along that we love her and that everyone is praying for a quick recovery! Please send her my love!

Hi guys,
I got a response from Brenda's daughter tonight and this is what she said...

"Mom returned safely at home on Friday!  She looks great and I am proud to say that she is doing her exercises very well! Please pray for her because even though she looks great and is recovery well, she is in a lot of pain. Thank you very much for asking about her and I will call her tomorrow and tell her you and everyone is asking about her and that you miss her!!!!! My Dad is by her side always helping her during her recovery! He is amazing Husband and Father!!!   God Bless you and your prayers!!!!
PS I think sometime next week she will get her staples out..... I will keep you posted!"

Thanks to Everyone!

Had my staples out and they have me working on switching to a cane.
The pain Med's are a blessing but they make my mind mush.   :P
It's very difficult to organize my thoughts to say anything.  My Family & Friends have been a tremendous blessing, I've felt close to God through all of this, in spite of my inability to stay my mind in order to pray.
I trust that is due to all of your prayers for me!

Brenda, Indiana Bob recently had knee surgery. Was just thinking maybe he would be a good one to talk to. Glad everything went well. Praying you will be up and around soon without meds. It must be very painful. judy

Brenda, So good to hear you are doing well. Yes, pain meds really help  us when we have surgery. I pray you will continue to do better. It is just fantastic who God keeps us close even with surgery and not able to fellowship. But, the fellowship with him his the best. That, one on one time with the Lord takes care of us for sure.
