Thank you, Darren.
Also, another scripture from Matt. 13:1-23 about only God who makes grow:
1 Cor 3:6-8 (GNT)
6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered the plant, but it was God who made the plant grow.
7 The one who plants and the one who waters really do not matter [neither they can make the seed grow]
. It is God who matters, because He (in His time)
makes the plant grow. Paul planted and Apollos watered the seed in the good ground, then the seed heard and rejoice while in the Babylon because God's time has not yet to makes seed grow. No one can makes the seed grow which mean to able removed the seed's spiritual blind and grow. When God's time is come, He will causes the seed grow and see the bright sunny (removed spiritual blind and to come out of her [Babylon]). So the seed would stun like Paul stunned after Jesus appeared because of never had percieve of God's words in spiritual way (just as the seed start grow by God about one fourth green plant from the ground) then the seed recieve more percieving of God's words and causes the seed grow more than one fourth just as 2 Peter 2:2-11.
2 Peter 1:2-11NKJV
2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,
3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add [grow in fruits in Matt. 7:16]
to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge,
6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness,
7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.
8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.
10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;
11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My language is lousy

P.S. I wondered if Paul and Apollos planted and watered on the wayside, thorns, and yet God did not choose seeds before the world was made? I think so. Of course they planted and watered on the good ground as well.
