Their German Shepherd had to be put to sleep and their hearts are breaking. 

Join me in thanking God for greatly comforting them in their sadness, and giving them strength and peace of mind in the days and months ahead.

i join in your prayerful support of your friend's parents, as they grieve over the loss of their dear pooch.  we do get attached to our pets, especially dogs i think, because of their ability to show emotions in many ways, and their unconditional love.  german shepherds are especially awesome dogs.

time and God's comfort will bring peace.
