The topic is Foundational Truths.... bible Study 2008. The link to the mp3 audio seems to be broken. Is it possible to get that fixed? Or is there another page to go download that audio?

I also highly recommend the study he did a couple months later, Despising the Word of God. It's similar to Foundational Truths, and there are lots of funny Ray comments, like "Theologians get so technical. You oughta read some of the stuff they write. When they sit by their desks and they're writing a thesis or something, and you read this gobbledygook and and hodgepodge of convoluted nonsense. They get so deep, and....they don't understand ANYTHING! A child has much greater understanding than they do."

thank you se7en for mentioning the 'foundational truths....bibly study 2008'.  it caused me to go back and re-read the study.  i don't believe i ever re-read it before.  but i am thankful that i did.  the seven foundational Scriptures that ray lays out are undeniable.  exciting and calming at the same time.

now i think i will go back and re-read the 'despising the Word of God' study that extol mentioned.  it has been years since i read that one too.

so many old studies by ray to review.  so much to refresh my mind, spirit, and soul on.  comfort food.

ah ray.  i do miss him.

Have just listened to this one again. It's very good and simple enough for even me to understand.

No, that's a darn good way to make fools out of ourselves.   

Even if I have to yoke up with Christ's faith and believe for those who never heard AND for those who reject the truth, it's a burden I'll carry happily.  The end is good for all.  Amen.

Here's a suggestion to my entire forum family in honor of God raising up Ray as a teacher and following on his birthday.
How about we review all of Ray's teachings from the top to the bottom of his website and then all the audio and video tapes Kat and admin have listed?
No doubt many of you are already doing so. I guess I'm looking for some company
I can't wait to come up with new questions and areas for discussion.
Anyone going to join me? I'd love some "company"

Sounds good. I already listen to the audios in order - gradually. I wish I would listen more. I read bits and pieces at the moment was planning to read from the beginning again but never quite get on to it. Maybe this will kick me into gear and I will do that more and hopefully get more questions as I read.

In a way I will be joining you.
