There are different ways the Scripture speak of the resurrection, there is the parable of the sheep and the goat.
Mat 25:31 "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
v. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.
v. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
v. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, "Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
So when the sheep/elect are told "Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world," that will be the first resurrection. If there is a "first" then that certainly indicates there is at least another and that is the goats, those which are raised in condemnation to go into the lake of fire.
Mat 25:41 Then shall He be declaring to those also at His left, 'Go from Me, you cursed, into the fire eonian, made ready for the Adversary and his messengers."
Christ said that there will be a resurrection of life, for the elect and the rest to a resurrection of condemnation.
John 5:28 Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice
v. 29 and come forth--those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.
Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
v. 5 But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished (the first part of this verse is spurious). This is the first resurrection.
The elect are raised (and changed) to meet Christ is the air (1Thess 4:17), that is the first resurrection.
Rev 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!"
Christ is ready to reign and He will first raise the elect in preparation to rule/judge the rest of the dead. Then, with the elect, He begins His reign and the resurrection of the rest of the dead that seems to follow very soon after the first resurrection.
Rev 11:18 The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come,
And the time of the dead, that they should be judged,
And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,
And those who fear Your name, small and great,
And should destroy those who destroy the earth."
Hope this helps.
