It  prolly easier to tell what i don't like. Such as the Osmonds, rap, covers, anything Disney related, anthing diva related, anything american fido related, hevy metal related, kiss, copy cat artisit, Nikcalodian related, anything Mtv of present related, TBN related, bee bop, hip hop, madonna and her scrouge of nit wits, comercial related and anythig the radio stations push.

:)

basically if the siinger does not play an instrument i am suspect to what contribution the singer is making to the music they peddle.

Music, what a great topic. My wife says I am stuck in the 70s early 80s when it comes to music. My favorite kind of music is ROCK. Everything from Styx to journey. Rush,van hallen,Boston Judas priest, motley cure, y'all get the pitcure. speaking of van hallen, my brother and I went to see them last yr. I remember I seen them in the 80s and they kicked butt. Everyone was in their teens or early 20s. Last yr. when I saw them, they had 2 generations of people. This time it was moms and dads taking their kids to see Van Hallen. Talking about a trip. It would have been a great concert if David Lee Roth could sing. Seems like He lost his voice over the yrs. He sounded really bad. Yes, I am stuck in the 70s. This yr. my mom my wife and I are going to see the Eagles, and Meatloaf. Two of my moms favorits. She also loves Journey,and Styx along with queen and a few others. My mom jams when it comes to rocking at concerts.

"Granny" is by far my favorite song,
I can listen to most of Dave Mathews music.

I think  "You`re so vain" by Carly Simon is delightful,
 and Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac) has a beautiful voice;
 but Jimi Hendrix can play.

This little light of mine,
 ;D
 I`m gonna let it shine.

Wow! It amazes me how music really influences all, if not, most people!

I'm in my mid-30s but I kind of also stucked in 70s and 80s music (although I can still ride along with the 90s music).  Why 70s?  Well, ask that to my uncles and Dad, hehe.  They influenced my taste in music.  Who wouldn't?  During my school days, I often heard them playing The Cars, Eagles, Scorpions, and such.  Although I literally swallowed everything I heard from what they were playing, when I began to understand the difference of good music to not (that is, not only the beat, etc. but actually reading and understanding the lyrics) I started to 'dispose' them from my mind.

QUESTION!

I live in Philippines.  I really really want to purchase music from internet.  But most legitimate companies like rhapsody, yahoo, itunes, do not accept purchases from Philippines.  I was attempted to buy to some 'russian' sites that sell mp3 super duper cheap!  But I hold because of 'legal issues'.  What do you recommend?  Or is any other way to buy from rhapsody, etc.?
